Job Opportunity: Financial Controller (mainland), IT Administrator (mainland), Electrician (island), Guest Experience Assistant – Front Office (island)

Current opportunities include a Financial Controller based on the mainland, who will lead the finance team and oversee accounts operations across both mainland and island offices. This role is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, compliance with Fiji tax laws, and providing strategic value through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and systems management. Candidates should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognised university, possess over ten years of financial leadership including experience in hospitality operations, have strong knowledge of Fiji tax laws and reporting standards, and demonstrate proficiency in MYOB, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office. Leadership and deadline management skills are essential.

The IT Administrator, also mainland-based, will oversee all IT operations and infrastructure across both mainland and island offices under the guidance of the General Manager. The role ensures system reliability, robust cybersecurity, and supports strategic technology initiatives to optimise resources and achieve the company’s digital objectives. The IT Administrator leads projects such as system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure improvements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Candidates should have a degree in IT or a related field from a recognised university, over five years of IT administration experience with proven expertise in networking and cybersecurity, and be able to travel regularly between locations.

An Island-based Electrician is sought to join the Engineering team and support island operations, ensuring reliable electrical systems and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high and low voltage systems and resort equipment, managing generators and control systems, practising preventative maintenance programs, and contributing to strategic infrastructure planning. Candidates should hold a Trade Certification or engineering degree from a recognised university, have over five years of resort or remote island maintenance experience, demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, and show commitment to safety, sustainability, and guest satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools is essential.

The Guest Experience Assistant – Front Office, also island-based, will deliver exceptional guest service and ensure smooth daily operations. The role includes administering front-of-house functions, supporting staff, maintaining a professional environment, managing guest bookings and profiles in RMS, handling payments, performing Night Audit duties, and collaborating with the Matanivanua team to enhance guest satisfaction and team performance. Candidates should hold a minimum Diploma-level qualification in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, have at least five years’ experience in the hospitality industry preferably in guest-facing roles, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience with RMS or similar systems is preferred.
