Multi-award winning Nanuku Resort Fiji is looking for passionate, caring, and talented individuals to help continue to tell our story in the following role:
WATERSPORTS MANAGER
. Strong leadership, supervisory, decision making and teamwork skills
. The ability to encourage, support, inspire with good communication skills
· Computer literate
. A flexible attitude to working hours, a willingness to assist all, a problem solver.
· Demonstrates expertise in marine safety operations and watersports activities.
· Knowledge in Basic First Aid
. Experience with boat handling and equipment maintenance.
. Must poses a valid Class 6 (Restricted or Full)
. Knowledge of Marine Safety policies and marine compliance requirements
. Formal qualifications in MSAF Master/Engineering Class 6 and Basic Sea Safety Certification would be an advantage.
