Job Opportunity: Front Office Manager
Nanuku Resort Fiji, a multi-award-winning destination, is seeking passionate, caring, and talented individuals to join its team as a Front Office Manager.
The Front Office Manager will supervise, train, coach, and schedule front desk staff to deliver high-quality service, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, exceptional attention, and prompt resolution of inquiries. The role involves managing daily front desk operations, including efficient check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management, while addressing guest issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
This position requires close collaboration with other departments, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery. The successful candidate will lead and motivate the front office team, fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests.
Candidates should have three to five years of experience in a resort or hotel setting as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
