Landslides and flooding in some parts of the Central and Eastern divisions as heavy rain continues

Fijivillage, 14 November 2017 – As heavy rain continues in the Central and Eastern division, we have been reports of landslides, flooding in some parts and fallen power lines.

All four lanes are closed at Beni Naiveli Farm in Veisari on the Queens Highway after a major landslide early this morning.

Police have confirmed that they have already contacted the Fiji Roads Authority on this matter. Read more…
