Tuesday 27 October 2026 – A locally owned Nadi operator has taken two regional titles at the 2026 World Luxury Travel Awards, adding to a run of international recognition for Fiji’s adventure tourism segment.
Go Dirty Tours Fiji, a member of the Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association (FHTA), was named Best Adventure Experience and Best Off-Road Adventure Tours in the South Pacific/Oceania region. The awards were presented at the World Luxury Awards’ 20th anniversary gala at the Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok on 24 October. Owner, Founder and Director Anand Achari attended.
The result follows the company’s win at the 2025 awards in Singapore, where it was named Best Active Outdoor Adventures in South Pacific/Oceania. That makes three regional titles in two years for a single Fiji operator.
Fiji’s international reputation rests largely on its resorts and islands. Recognition for a land-based operator shows that guided, activity-led experiences are also drawing attention in the regional awards market. Go Dirty Tours Fiji runs guided ATV tours from Nadi through mountain trails and rural backroads, with cultural experiences included, taking visitors beyond the traditional tourist circuit and into the communities they pass through.
The company is 100% locally owned and operated. Mr Achari founded it in 1999, and it marked 27 years in business this month. Its tours are sold through its website and through wholesalers, which means the awards also reach the trade channels that package and sell Fiji to overseas markets.
“To be recognised on the international stage two years running is a real honour, and a reflection of the hard work, passion and dedication of our entire team,” Mr Achari said.
He said the awards belonged to the people delivering the experience. “They’re the ones out there every day sharing their knowledge, their stories and their love for Fiji with our guests,” he said.
