Job Opportunity: Reservations Manager
Nanuku Resort Fiji, a multi-award-winning destination, is seeking passionate, caring, and talented individuals to join its team as a Reservations Manager.
The Reservations Manager will oversee the entire reservation process, ensuring accurate and timely bookings across 37 residences, villas, and suites, while managing guest inquiries and special requests. This role involves leading, training, and developing the Reservations team to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will analyse historical data, market trends, and competitor activity to forecast demand, guide pricing strategies, and contribute to the resort’s budgeting process. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams will be essential to align revenue strategies and resolve operational issues.
Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting revenue forecasts and performance reports, monitoring key performance indicators and channel performance, and ensuring the team delivers an exceptional guest experience.
Candidates should have three to five years of experience in a resort or hotel setting as a Reservations Manager or in a similar role, along with strong team leadership and communication skills.
