SPECIAL WEATHER BULLETIN NUMBER FORTY EIGHT FOR HEAVY RAIN ISSUED FROM RSMC NADI AT 11PM ON FRIDAY THE 10TH OF FEBRUARY, 2017.

HEAVY RAIN WARNING
A HEAVY RAIN WARNING REMAINS IN FORCE FOR THE WHOLE OF FIJI. 

SITUATION:
TROPICAL DEPRESSION TD10F LIES TO THE FAR SOUTHWEST OF FIJI AND IS MOVING SOUTHEAST. AN ACTIVE TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE ASSSOCIATED WITH TD10F AFFECTS THE GROUP.
TD10F IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE MOVING SOUTHEAST AND PASS TO THE FAR SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH OF FIJI. IT IS NOT EXPECTED TO DEVELOP INTO A TROPICAL CYCLONE. 

FORECAST FOR THE WHOLE OF FIJI GROUP.
PERIODS OF RAIN, HEAVY AT TIMES AND FEW SQUALLY THUNDERSTORMS.
				
LOCALISED HEAVY RAIN MAY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING.
