Fiji Times Saturday 30 September 2017 Update: 4:15PM CLOSE to 50 children suffering from rheumatic heart disease gathered at the Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort earlier today to mark World Heart Day.
Resort general manager Peter Hopgood said the celebration was held to remind children that their illness should not be a barrier to their quest but to achieve their goals.
He added they would hold the event annually as part of their community initiative programs.
