On Friday, 20th of April the team at the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji partnered with Bula Bus Fiji and orchestrated an iconic welcome to surprise the Plum family who are loyal returnees to the hotel and arriving at the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji for their 10th stay.
The Hotel Manager Julien Racine and the Blu team with the help of Bula Buses Fiji came together to give this wonderful family a memorable arrival as an appreciation for always returning to our little corner of paradise.
“Led by our Yes I Can! customer service attitude, we wanted to create a meaningful and personalized welcome for our guests and create an enriching experience for their 10th visit to the hotel,” says Julien Racine, Hotel Manager at the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji.
Bula Bus Fiji just launched their new and exciting VIP Bula Bus which is the only one of its kind on Denarau. With custom decal, flashing lights and personalized flat screen, Radisson Blu Resort Fiji were the first to experience this concept and give their guests a WOW factor on arrival which began from the security gates as they entered Denarau Island.
Guests boarded the bula bus and were treated with welcome drinks and fruit platters, a personalized message on the screen, a short tour of Denarau Island with the resort manager and team and serenaders on board.
