The Land Sales Regulation 2016 came into force on 24 September 2016. This Regulation is attached as Legal Notice 80 and Gazetted on 24 September 2016.
On 12 July 2016 an Act to Amend the Land Sales Act (CAP 137) was presented to Parliament as Act Number 24 of 2016. This was subsequently passed.
