Fiji Times Wednesday 18 October 2017 THE multimillion dollar Galaxy Apartments and Hotels is expected to open either at the end of November or the beginning of December.
In an interview owner Rohinil Chand said the new hotel would contain 46 hotel rooms and apartments in the ranges standard, deluxe and executive.
Mr Chand said the apartments would have its own rental cars making travelling in the North an ease and beautiful experience for guests at the hotel.
“At the moment our contractors are going through the final stages of construction as works at the building is expected to be completed soon,” he said.
“We still have eight shop spaces in the building and we are inviting interested business operators to tender their interests to occupy them.
“Rents of the office and shop spaces will be done in square kilometres and we are looking at renting rooms out for $22 to $25 per square metres.
“The shop and business spaces differ in that some are big and small.” Read more…
