Fiji Times Friday 08 September 2017 PRIVATE surveyors will have to comply with a checklist provided by the Ministry of Lands before they are given consent to work on land developments, says Minister for Lands and Mineral Resources Faiyaz Koya.
Responding to queries raised from the floor during State land lessees consultations at the Nadi Civic Centre on Wednesday, Mr Koya said this was a recurrent issue for the Department of Lands.
Mr Koya said there were times when private surveyors were provided contracts without meeting requirements.
