Novotel Suva Lami Bay is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead its iconic waterfront property into an exciting new chapter. Reporting directly to the Area General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance, enhancing guest experience, and nurturing a strong team culture – all while remaining aligned with the values of the local community.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager, ideally within the Pacific or a comparable market
- Ability to confidently engage with dignitaries, government officials, and community leaders
- Strong understanding of Fijian culture and hospitality, with a leadership style grounded in empathy and respect
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and a successful track record in operational leadership
- A natural coach and mentor, passionate about team development and succession planning
- Skilled in stakeholder management and experienced in working with ownership groups and external partners
