Master Class – 26th March 2019.
What a great day of International Women’s Day celebration we had last week!!
We received the approved visa from the South Korean Embassy, for our Master Class Fiji Scholarship winner and Pastry Chef Ms Cajetina Mua. Cajetina is now ready to go and spend 3 incredible months of culinary development at the renowned culinary school Le Cordon Bleu Sookmyung in Seoul.
Congratulations to Cajetina, and a big thank you to Kokomo Private Island’s Executive Pastry Chef Jon Gladson,and General Manager Martin Persson for their great support and mentorship.
Also, a big thank you to all Chefs, industry professionals and great sponsors who participated during our demonstrations, and supported the development of females and gender balance in our hotels, resorts, and restaurants in Fiji.
