Documented as a multi award winning chef, TV host and producer as well as Author, Chef Lance Seeto has not only made an impact on the global stage of Chefs, but also here in Fiji. As Mana Island Resort Executive Chef, his highly celebrated and revolutionary dishes have attracted a global following of gourmet foodies and food journalists who say he has cleverly used traditional artisan techniques of Fiji and infused them with the age-old philosophy of eating food as medicine.
As an accredited member of the International Food Chef Lance Seeto Wine & Travel Writers Association (IFWTWA), his articles appear globally online, in regional newspapers and tourism and inflight magazines across Australasia and the South Pacific. His popular Fiji adventure cooking series “Taste of Paradise” is syndicated across the South Pacific in 13 island nations. It has ignited a passion for Pacific islanders to learn healthier ways to cook, eat and enjoy food as the region learns how to deal with increases in non-communicable diseases.
