Please be advised that the FHTA Discounted Airfares in partnership with Fiji Airways expires today, 31 December 2016.
As advised by the Chief Executive Officer, Michael Wong, the Secretariat and Fiji Airways have agreed to a renewal of this partnership scheme for 2017 for our Membership.
This renewed scheme will be effective from 01 January through to 31 December 2017*.
- Note that this scheme is applicable to ACTIVE category members only i.e. accommodation providers, dive and marine operators including cruise vessels.
- Active Dive & Marine Members who do not fall under the ‘normal’ accommodation category must contact the Secretariat to see how they fit into this scheme.
*Past participating properties looking to continue utilising this initiative are to re-register with the Secretariat for 2017.
This partnership is designed to encourage Members to travel for business and marketing purposes.

Various discounts subject to class of travel are being offered and range between 10%-40% with an automatic 7kg excess baggage allowance per passenger.

FHTA Discounted Airfares in Partnership with Fiji Airways – 2017 Notes
Discounts apply on base fares for return international travel on Fiji Airways originating from Fiji only – all taxes and surcharges are collected without discounts.
However, discounts apply for Fiji Link or domestic segments with an international Fiji Airways connection only as a thru fare (e.g. Suva – Nadi – Sydney – Nadi – Suva).
Travel classes on Fiji Airways
Travel classes on Fiji Airways are as follows;
- D – Normal Business Class
- Z – Special Business Class
- N/T/R – Special Economy Class (with different ticketing options)
- V – Normal year-round economy class fares
