SERVICES at the Nadi International Airport will continue with or without Air Terminal Services workers, according to Civil Aviation Minister and Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.
“Planes must keep on flying,” he said at a press conference on Monday night.
“In the meeting that we had with a few stakeholders (Monday), we did say to them that the airlines and AFL (Airports Fiji Ltd), CAAF (Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji) need to make their own arrangements to ensure that none of the flights are disrupted and that position must continue with or without the services of ATS because this airport and the flying of airlines into this country are far more important.
