Fiji Times Wednesday 16 August 2018 AN investment of about $150 million will see the construction of a 28-storey building in Suva, dubbed to be Fiji’s new tallest building.
The WG Friendship Plaza is a project spearheaded by WG International Real Estate Co. (Fiji) Ltd, a locally-registered Chinese company.
With its strategic location and accessibility on Suva’s MacGregor Rd, the project has enormous potential and a thriving address to a range of patrons from Fiji and internationally. Its groundbreaking ceremony was held in Suva.
Work on the WG Friendship Plaza began in 2016 and is expected to be completed in May 2019.
