Tropica Group of Companies has announced the appointment of Leigh Howard as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). With more than two decades of global experience in the hospitality and operations sectors, Howard is set to lead Tropica into its next phase of growth, operational excellence, and innovation.

In his new role, Howard will spearhead efforts to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate all aspects of the organization. His focus on operational excellence is expected to enable Tropica to continue setting new benchmarks in the hospitality industry. Additionally, he will serve as Interim General Manager of Tropica Island Resort for the first six months, bringing hands-on leadership to the Fiji-based adults-only resort. This role will allow him to directly influence the resort’s ongoing success while fostering new opportunities for growth and exceptional guest experiences.
