Fiji Sun, 04 October 2017 – Winners from three categories will compete in the Moffat Salon Culinaire.
This year’s annual Tanoa Salon Culinaire will focus on the advocacy of climate change.
Apart from the local based Tanoa properties, its sister properties in Tonga and Samoa will also be part of the event.
