EX-TROPICAL CYCLONE JOSIE CENTRE 996HPA WAS LOCATED NEAR 21.7 SOUTH 178.8 EAST OR ABOUT 310 KILOMETRES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF KADAVU AND ABOUT 280 KILOMETRES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF ONI-I-LAU AT 9 AM. EX-TROPICAL CYCLONE JOSIE IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 5KM/HR AWAY FROM THE GROUP.
ASSOCIATED TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AND RAIN BANDS CONTINUE TO AFFECT PARTS OF THE GROUP.
