Many small to medium operators did not get the assistance needed to attend workshops that would put them in touch with real tourism dollars.
Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association Chief Executive Officer Fantasha Lockington said they had reached out further into the community asking if they wanted to learn about digitalisation and how it could turn their business around.
