2 October 2025, Nadi, Fiji: Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort recently hosted global wellness leader and renowned YouTube fitness coach Caroline Jordan for a week of complimentary community fitness classes. The initiative formed part of the resort’s Sheraton Fitness commitment to creating spaces where locals and guests alike can come together through movement, connection, and wellbeing.
Across several days, Caroline guided participants through uplifting sessions ranging from high-energy poolside aerobics to restorative beachfront stretches. Each class was designed to be inclusive and accessible for all levels, encouraging the community to move with confidence, connect with each other, and enjoy Fiji’s iconic beachfront setting as a collective outdoor fitness venue.
