CHEF Adam Roberts has made a quick turnaround into making Fiji his home away from home five months after landing on our shores.

Having taken up the role as Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa’s new executive chef two months ago, the Norlfolk Island native has made positive changes to the resort’s five restaurants.
