The Fiji Times, 20 April – NINE resorts in the Mamanuca Group have committed themselves to raising awareness on the adverse impact of climate change.
The resorts — Malolo Island Resort, Likuliku Lagoon Resort, Castaway Island Resort, Mana Island Resort, Tokoriki Island Resort, Vomo Island Resort, South Seas, Navini Island Resort and Tavarua Island Resort — are part of the Mamanuca Environment Society.
MES project officer Marica Volavola said the awareness was a significant component of the project that aimed to establish an educational platform for resort staff to learn about climate change. read more…
