With a background in both classical techniques and innovative culinary approaches, Chef Ken Li has garnered a reputation for crafting extraordinary sweet creations that leave a lasting impression.
Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavor as the owner of The HaiKou 570 Coffee House, Chef Li served as the Executive Pastry Chef at The Westin Sanya in Hainan, China for an impressive seven years, where he was recognized for his creative and delectable pastry creations. His expertise extends across various prestigious hotel brands, including The Ritz Carlton Sanya Yalong Bay.
His culinary prowess was also recognized at the 2010 FHC International Culinary Arts Competition in China, where he clinched the Golden Medal in the Plate Dessert category.
