Fiji Sun Sunday 10 September 2017 Roneeta Devi who started working as an attaché at Tanoa Waterfront Lautoka in 2011 won the ‘Our People’ award at the Reddy Group Employee Awards night.
The event was hosted by Tanoa International Hotel in Nadi last Wednesday, September 6.
Ms Devi said that she started work at Tanoa Waterfront Lautoka and she had her six months attachment in all the departments.
“I joined front office and I was employed as the guest service attendant and then I was promoted to work at reservations,” Ms Devi said.
“My current job description is Reservations supervisor so I look after all the bookings in the hotel.”
Ms Devi, who has worked for the Tanoa group for six years said that nominations came from each Tanoa property including nominations from Samoa and Tonga as well and Clyde which is also part of the Tanoa Group.
“The Employee of the Year Award is hosted by the directors and all the managers. At this event the staff members are served by them so the function itself is such a big thing for all the employees.” Read more…
