10 September 2026: Pacific BedBank has launched a direct integration with Cloudbeds, allowing hotels and resorts already using the property management system to connect straight into Pacific BedBank’s wholesale distribution network without maintaining a separate booking system or entering rates and availability twice.
For properties managing inventory across multiple channels, double entry and manual reconciliation between systems has been a recurring administrative burden. The integration addresses this directly: rates and availability set in Cloudbeds sync through to Pacific BedBank’s network of contracted wholesalers, inbound operators and travel agents, reducing the risk of overbooking or under-selling that comes with manually updating multiple platforms.
The connection is available now to Cloudbeds properties across the South Pacific that hold, or want to establish, a Pacific BedBank contract, with onboarding done through a property-mapping process rather than a full system changeover.
For hotels weighing up distribution technology investments, the integration is a practical example of the industry trend toward connecting existing property management systems directly to regional wholesale networks, rather than running parallel systems side by side.
