HOTEC 2016, Fiji’s leading annual hospitality trade show was officially opened by Chief Guest, Hon. Faiyaz Koya, Minister for Industry, Trade, Tourism & Mineral Resources on November 9th, 2016 at the Golden Ballroom Pre Function Area, Sheraton Fiji Resort, Denarau.
FHTA Vice President Mr Matthew Gillespie represented FHTA and the opening ceremony was officiated by Mr Michael Wong CEO of FHTA.
HOTEC 2016 is Fiji’s leading annual hospitality tradeshow which will incorporate ALL aspects of goods and services for our multi facet industry; be it Food and Beverages, Equipment, Supplies, Furniture, Communication, Services and Hospitality Technology.
Mr Michael Wong CEO of FHTA thanked the Minster for supporting the tourism industry through this years HOTEC 2016 trade show event.
This event creates the opportunity for local and international hotel and tourism suppliers to showcase their merchandise, service and equipment to Fiji’s hospitality industry leaders.
HOTEC 2016 has 23 companies exhibiting this year, of which, 4 exhibitors are overseas-based and all showing interest in creating business relationships in Fiji.
