Marriott International Fiji Resorts is pleased to announce the promotion of Sera Cawanibuka-Seruvatu to the role of Market Director of Marketing – Fiji & Samoa, effective April 1, 2024.
With over 20 years of experience in marketing and a background in the tourism industry, Sera brings a wealth of expertise to her new position. Her career includes significant achievements such as leading the pre-opening of all cluster Sheraton properties in Fiji and spearheading the repositioning of Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort and Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay. Notably, she also orchestrated the successful MICE repositioning across Marriott International Fiji resorts in 2023.
As the inaugural Market Director of Marketing for Fiji & Samoa, Sera will oversee seven properties and report to Neeraj Chadha, Multi-Property Vice President Pacific Islands Marriott International, General Manager Westin & Sheraton Resorts, Fiji Complex, with a dotted line to the Area Director of Marketing.
