Janice Nand was appointed as new Independent Director to the South Pacific Stock Exchange board.
Ms Nand is a Director and 100 per cent shareholder of the company Solved (Fiji) Pte Ltd.
She has over 20 years of commercial experience as a Lawyer, Advisor and Trainer.
