Additional delegates can be added at $650 VIP per person.
Additional delegate inclusions:
- Full event access and credentials
- All meals included for registered delegates for the duration of the event
- The same inclusions, access, and restrictions as primary booth delegates
Additional delegates must be affiliated with a registered booth and comply with all HOTEC event policies.
This option is ideal for teams requiring extra on-site support.

- Exhibitor Applications Close: 25th September 2026 or until booths sell out
- Booth Allocation Confirmation: From 28th September 2026
- Event Dates: 22 – 23 October 2026

Detailed bump-in and bump-out schedules, along with operational guidelines, will be provided in the Exhibitor Updates to confirmed exhibitors.
Exhibitor spaces are limited and allocated to ensure a balanced and high-quality tradeshow experience.
Logistics & Booth Allocation
To ensure a smooth exhibiting experience:
- Shipping and storage guidance, including recommended providers, will be supplied upon request
- Detailed exhibitor updates (bump-in/bump-out schedules and operational guidelines) will be provided to confirmed exhibitors
- Booth placement is managed by the HOTEC Secretariat to ensure balanced exhibitor distribution and optimal visitor flow
Please note: Custom booth design, additional furniture, audiovisual equipment, freight handling, and electrical upgrades beyond the standard allocation are not included unless otherwise arranged separately.
