Nadi, Fiji – July 4th 2024 – Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa hosted a delightful and successful High Tea event on Sunday, June 30th, 2024, raising a total of $4000 for the Fiji Cancer Society. Held at the resorts’ Koro Restaurant, the afternoon high tea brought together guests for an afternoon of elegance, entertainment, and generosity and continues to supports Hilton’s Travel with Purpose; global environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy to drive responsible travel and tourism globally.
Themed as a garden party, the event featured a delicious high tea buffet, welcome Prosecco, and live music, creating a sophisticated and enjoyable atmosphere for attendees. The highlight of the afternoon included a live auction with amazing prizes composed of: a 2-night stay in the Hilton Fiji’s beachfront guestroom for 2 adults, a 60-minute spa massage voucher, a kids’ club birthday party hosted at Hilton Fiji, a delectable Chef’s choice dinner at Koro restaurant for 2, a romantic cabana dinner for 2, all donated by Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa and a “Kana Vinaka – Contemporary Island Cuisine Cook” book, that added to the day’s excitement, entertainment and fun.
The event was a resounding success, with all proceeds going directly to the Fiji Cancer Society. The funds raised will support the organization’s ongoing efforts to provide essential services, education, and support to those affected by cancer in Fiji.
