The Competition
A main course for 2 covers to be individually plated within 60 minutes.
In order to promote local ingredients – poultry, meat, seafood and vegetables are included and must accompany this classical local dish with your own ‘modern twist’.
Vegetables can be washed and peeled, but not cut; basic stock and sauces can also be prepared in advance.
