Tough competition is expected at the Piazza Dorro Fiji Barista of the Year finale in Nadi.
The competition from October 16-19 will be part of the annual Moffat Chefs Salon Culinaire 2018 at the Fiji National University (FNU) campus in Namaka.
Yees Cold Storage Sales and Training manager/Events co-ordinator Laite Cavalevu was overwhelmed during the one-day regional event at the Sofitel Fiji Resort yesterday.
