Fiji Times, 2 April update : THE Queens and Kings roads are now open to traffic.
However the Fiji Roads Authority revealed the TC Josie Situation Report No 5 this afternoon that a number of roads still remain closed in the Western, Central and Northern Divisions.
“Motorists are advised to please drive to the conditions, slow down, and be aware of debris on the roads,” the report said.
“Flood affected areas may have changed the road surface in some places, expect an increase in the number of potholes.”
Meanwhile FRA contractors will be carrying out remedial work as soon as the weather clears up.
