Fiji Sun, 24 March – Any foreign company operating locally will be taxed under Fijian laws and the laws from their country of origin.
This is after the Income Tax Amendment Bill 2017 was unanimously passed in Parliament yesterday.
The Attorney-General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, said the Bill sought to amend the Income Tax Act 2015.
