The Fiji Times, 22 February 2018 – THE direct contribution of tourism to gross domestic product was seen to fluctuate from 1995 to 2002 however it has increased at a steady rate over the past few years.
A recent release by the Fiji Bureau of Statistics shows that in 2002 the direct tourism value added recorded was $402 million with a 11.2 per cent contribution to GDP. Read more…
