HEAVY RAIN WARNING: A HEAVY RAIN WARNING REMAINS IS NOW CANCELLED FOR THE LAU GROUP.
SITUATION: A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE WITH ASSOCIATED CLOUD AND RAIN HAS WEAKENED OVER THE FIJI GROUP.
FORECAST: OCCASIONAL SHOWERS AND FEW THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE INTERIOR AND EASTERN PARTS OF VITI LEVU, VANUA LEVU, TAVEUNI AND NEARBY SMALLER ISLANDS, LAU AND LOMAIVITI GROUP. ISOLATED HEAVY FALLS LIKELY ESPECIALLY IN THE AFTERNOON OR EVENING. ELSEWHERE, FINE WEATHER APART FROM AFTERNOON OR EVENING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.

FLOOD ALERT : A FLOOD ALERT PREVIOUS IN FORCE FOR THE LOW LYING AREAS, SMALL STREAMS AND AREAS ADJACENT TO MAJOR RIVERS FOR VANUA LEVU AT TAVEUNI AND VITILEVU IS NOW BEEN CANCELLED.
