CLOSE TO THE CENTRE, THE 10 MINUTE AVERAGE WINDS IS ESTIMATED TO BE ABOUT 85KM/HR WITH MOMENTARY GUSTS TO 120KM/HR. (Xanax) MONA IS MOVING SOUTH-SOUTHWEST AT ABOUT 15 KM/HR.
