Fiji Times February 23 – THE newly-opened Zing Restaurant at Westin Denarau Island Resort and Spa is setting a benchmark in promoting authentic Indian and Chinese cuisine to the public.
Resort executive chef Prabhat Prawin said the menu at the restaurant consisted of traditional Indian, Indo-Fijian and Chinese dishes.
“We brought two chefs from China who help and assist me to enhance the menu for the Chinese cuisine and make it more authentic,” he said.
