THE Industry Discussion Forum Report 2018 reflects the importance of training needs of Fiji’s workforce but also areas where the National Training and Productivity Centre training programs will have to be improved or enhanced, says Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association CEO Fantasha Lockington.
