Recognizing the pivotal nature of this role, Raffe Hotels & Resorts has decided to relocate the position to Fiji. Considering Raumati’s commitment to her young family and her decision to stay in New Zealand for family reasons, the company expresses its gratitude for her significant contributions.
Simultaneously, acknowledging the dedication and contributions of Lisa Costello, the Australian based Sales Manager, who has accepted a role closer to her home on the Gold Coast, Raffe extends its appreciation for her longstanding passion for the group.
Taking the helm as the new Group Director of Sales and Marketing, based in Fiji at the Fiji Gateway Hotel, is Heather Gordon. Heather brings a wealth of experience, having held key roles in prestigious establishments such as Sofitel Fiji, Warwick Fiji, Hilton Fiji, and Pullman Nadi Bay. Her extensive background also includes positions in Rarotonga and New Zealand.
In a strategic realignment, Raumati Barbara assumes the role of Group Marketing Manager, remaining based in New Zealand. The company expresses its gratitude for the opportunity to retain Raumati, underscoring her continued importance to the future success of the group.
