The Responsible Business team concluded its yearly Christmas visits with Santa to give back to the local community, also providing a nice surprise for the children. Bringing Christmas early, Santa was dressed in his full attire with a sack of lollies accompanied by the Management team of the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji for the unveiling of the new water tanks donated for the students of Lomawai Secondary School.
One of three pillars for Radisson Group of Hotels Responsible Business is ‘Think Community’, where the hotel strives to assist the local community with basic human needs to empower, grow and succeed.
“Lomowai Secondary School is located in the outskirts of Nadi with limited access to water so a water tank was fitting for the school and will go a long way for the children”, says Charles Homsy, General Manager at Radisson Blu Resort Fiji.
Spreading the Christmas Cheer was no exception to the Sales and Marketing team at the resort who also visited business partners and stakeholders with Santa and his Elves. As a show of appreciation for all the support shown throughout the business year, the lively visits by the team included Gift hampers, soulfully sung Christmas Carols and dancing.
“We look forward to another successful year ahead, working to serve our community and its people, and maintain strong relationships with our business partners”, says Charles Homsy.
