Brisbane Airport welcomed (17-Jun-2019) Qantas‘ decision to launch nonstop services to Chicago and San Francisco from Brisbane by the end of Apr-2020, pending approval of its joint business tie up with American Airlines from the US Department of Transportation.
The new Chicago and San Francisco services will boost capacity between Queensland and the US to more than 641,000 two way seats p/a, including to Los Angeles and Honolulu and services offered by other carriers.
