Plantation Island Resort celebrated a new chapter in its history by holding a “ground breaking” ceremony at the site of its upcoming development on Friday 17th March 2017. The ceremony was the formal opening of a significant development phase that will last 3-5 years, beginning with a Beach Improvement project due to begin on the 22nd of March 2017.
At the event, Plantation Island Resort was honoured to receive the blessing and endorsement from the Chief of Malolo, Ratu Sevanaia Vatunitu Lalalabalavu. Also in attendance was Raffe Hotels & Resorts CEO Bradley Robinson, Plantation Island Resort GM Ross Greenaway, Company Directors Brian Kirsch & Vengayam Pillay and key members of the local village of Solevu.
