Fijivillage, 03 July 2018 – The additional leave and conditions that are given to employees through the extended Maternity Leave and newly introduced Paternity and Family Care Leave is a good idea if it is used correctly.
This was highlighted by Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation CEO, Nesbitt Hazelman who adds that businesses cannot shy away from the fact that this will definitely come at a cost.
Hazelman says that in its early stages, there may be some issues on how the new leave will be rolled out. Read more…
