Fiji Times Tuesday 01 August 2017 FIJI Electricity Authority customers can now register and have access to their account and billing details online.
This has been made possible after FEA launched its customer portal — Noqu FEA yesterday.
FEA’s acting CEO Bobby Naimawi said they had already upgraded their billing system and the launch of their online customer portal was a step further for their customers.
Mr Naimawi said the portal would provide up to date information and details in relation to their FEA electricity account details such as current balance, overdue amount, due date and their electricity usage history. Read more…
