Fiji Airways is exploring new destinations, including Japan.
Shaenaz Voss, Executive General Manager, Fiji Link and Group Corporate, International and Government Affairs confirmed their teams continue to study a number of such options.
But Mrs Voss said they are currently not in a position to announce a new route.
She had been asked for comment after Mai Life Magazine yesterday reported online that Fiji Airways has decided to resume direct flights Nadi – Narita in a bid to entice more Japanese tourists our way.
