New South Pacific itineraries for Wind Spirit

Fourteen new itineraries, as well as new destinations, in the South Pacific have been announced for 2020-2021 on board the 148-passenger MSY Wind Spirit.

Cruising year-round in French Polynesia since 2015, the four-masted Wind Spirit will have maiden port calls in Fiji, Tonga, New Caledonia, Niue, the Cook Islands, and Australia, sailing February through June 2020.

She will return to the Islands of Tahiti and the Tuamotus in July 2020. Wind Spirit’s new South Pacific itineraries offer 23 departure dates including the 17- day Twice the Tahiti cruise which is featured in new video on Windstar’s website and youtube channel.

New cruises for 2020 include:

  • South Pacific Undiscovered: Fiji, Vanuatu & New Caledonia – eight or nine days from Lautoka, Fiji to Noumea, New Caledonia calling at small small ports like Yasawa-I-Rara Island;
  • Polynesia: Pearls of Paradise – 15 days from Papeete, Tahiti to Lautoka and Suva, Niue, the port of Vava’u in Tonga and Rarotonga;
  • Australia & Indonesia Encounter – 16 days from Cairns to Benoa, Bali, calling in at Thursday Island in Torres Strait and Yirrkala in East Arnhem Shire Northern Territory.

From now until 30 August 2019, Windstar is offering a shipboard credit of up to US$1000 per suite on tropical cruises. The credit varies based on length of cruise and cabin category.
